These dumplings in the shape of cute panda (?) heads are initially on a stick, boiled in soup, and then served in a cup. I knew I had to try it. Eating it was a slightly weird experience- it’s just like squid balls in a cup but I got queasy once I started thinking of dead rodents. It’s a good snack if you can look past the gross.
